RWE Events is thrilled to announce that an airshow will be coming back to the Villeneuve airport in August 21 and 22 2021!
Formally the Edmonton Airshow, the show has changed its name to the Alberta International Airshow due to the regional and provincial nature of the event. Funders and partners from various municipalities across the province pitch in to make this show great, so it only makes sense to include everyone in the name.
This show would not be possible without the leadership of Sturgeon County, and the support of the Province of Alberta; Ministry of Jobs, Economy and Innovation, Ministry of Transportation, Travel Alberta, Edmonton International Airport, Explore Edmonton, metro communities like Sturgeon County, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Morinville, and Parkland County.
So far, there are several scheduled performers both civilian and military.
